I loved the location of Capitals Luxury River, it was within walking distance to all the major attractions in Rome. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, beautiful and clean. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. Despite some minor drawbacks like the beds occasionally separating and the lack of staff interaction, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and great location. I had a wonderful stay at Capitals Luxury River.

Checking in online was hassle-free, and the staff, reachable through WhatsApp, was always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The housekeeper was particularly helpful when we had trouble with our key.
